A dark shadow looms over the expedition: The malevolent specter of the long-dead conquistador Maldonado infiltrates the Corps of Discovery under the guise of a helpful guide. What initially seems like assistance soon reveals itself as a sinister plan—Maldonado spreads lies and distrust, corroding the group from within.

This expansion introduces two new game modes: In the cooperative mode, players work together to combat Maldonado’s influence. In the traitor mode, however, things get tense—one player is under Maldonado’s sway, secretly sabotaging the crew. Who remains loyal? Who is playing a double game? The tension escalates with each round.
